Depot Update, Astoria

The grout has been cut out from all the joints and the building has been pressure washed. The masons are now pinning the face brick back to the structural brick. Once this is completed they will start re-pointing. The demolition of the interior partitions has been completed and you can see the grandeur of the spaces. We kept the walls we could, but on interiors of the masonry walls we will be furring out for the steel frames and adding insulation.
